Kristy is a serial entrepreneur who spent 10 years building and running her own communications agency, working directly with municipal and public sector clients. That experience made her a communications expert with firsthand knowledge of how municipal teams operate and gave her a front-row seat to residents’ frustration navigating city websites, which became the catalyst for municiPal AI.
Kristy owns the municipal context: she ensures that as the technology evolves, it stays grounded in what municipalities and residents actually need, translating real-world community and communications realities into product direction. She leads municiPal AI’s sales, go-to-market strategy, and client relationships.
Kerry Fraser, Co-Founder and COO
Kerry is a technology leader with over 20 years of experience building and scaling digital products. She has led the development of large-scale platforms and AI-driven tools, with a track record of assembling and directing teams of engineers, architects, and specialists to turn ambitious product vision into deployable technology.
Kerry brings deep AI expertise to municiPal AI, owning its technical architecture, accuracy testing framework, and drift monitoring systems, with a consistent focus on privacy, compliance, and functionality. She leads municiPal AI’s product vision and technical development ensuring the product scales reliably as new municipalities and integrations come online.
